Disable the Options Dialog / PDF Printer

In a normal installation the user can access the options dialog from the Start Menu. The options dialog can be disabled using the setting DisableOptionDialog=yes.

This setting can be specified in a global configuration file named global.ini to prevent all users from accessing the dialog (for multi user environments).
